You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory:

"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [product name], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Consumer name and address: [your details]. Date: [date]. Signature (only if submitted on paper)."

2.3 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened packaging
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • The product must have all original seals intact
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

3.1 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or unsealed products
  • Products that have been tampered with
  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  3. Pack the product: Securely pack the product in its original packaging

5. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product sent, damaged goods), we will cover the return shipping costs.
